First a took i picture of all 98 cards, then I made a big color print 80 x 120 cm. On this I painted and airbrushed the portrait of "The King"

Once my math lecturer was teaching us the gauss theorem…
Lecturer: “Gauss was the prince of mathematics…”
Student: “if he was the prince then who was the King?”
Lecturer: “what do you mean who!? Elvis!”
:) excellent work.

It is a pretty cool concept...

I am going to move this to photomanip as the guidelines here dictate paintings with photo elements go in that catagory....If you want you can move it to Design instead.

It's nice to see you not stick to just photography...well done.

Vectors usually go in the Drawing Cat...I have one there myself now...if there is alot of text that is important to the composition...then to design.

the painting is excellent, but the bg doesn't fit it very well IMO, would like to see just the painted face alone :)

I think the painted face is really nice... very soft and complimentary. I think the background would be more helfpul if it were desaturated a little and perhaps more faded so the larger portrait could truly be the focal point.

Nice concept and a thoughtful gift too :)

You did a large amount of work on this and it's a great combination of mediums. Well done!
