This is an awesome vector! ACK THE HAIR. OH THE WORK. Did you copy n paste shapes there? (pm me answer). The lips are luscious! I give it +9/9 for the work, complexity, and just downright prettiness.

If I had crit though... I'd def say the eyes. They dont look very lifelike. I think it's because ... you used the circle tool here, yes? They are too regular, especially the iris I would make more organic shaped, maybe add another asymetrical highlight near the bottom, diff on each one. I think this would be an improvement. Also a hint- it's like an artistic fact (or something) that people seem to like pictures better, when they don't know why when the pupils are a bit enlarged. Not necessary, just sharing.
